Our viewing trips are designed not to pressurise you into buying, but to show you an excellent selection of properties matching the specification and budget you give us so you are able to see what Altinkum and the surrounding areas have to offer. Our friendly and experienced sales staff will give you a tour of the town of Didim, the beach areas of Altinkum and the stunning bay of Akbuk as well as information, advice and answer any queries you may have about the area, the properties or the buying process. We can also offer mortgage advice and help obtain one if required.
Whether you choose to buy a property whilst you are in Turkey, go home to give it some thought, or decide that the properties we have shown are not for you, the inspection trips to Altinkum & Akbuk will still only cost you the price of your flight. You will still have recieved your transfers, and accommodation free.
Before you travel, We will call you to discuss your requirements in detail so we can prepare viewings to those properties you have chosen to view plus others we think may be suitable so by the end of the trip, you will have seen a good selection of the properties available for your budget. Of course, once you arrive your criteria could change, or maybe after looking around you will prefer a totally different type of property than originally wanted, if this is the case we will re-arrange our viewings to suit your new requirements.
On our trips there is no obligation to buy, no pressure, just a relaxing break viewing properties of your choice with the evenings free to do as you wish.
